The Power of Writing a Letter to Yourself


A writing exercise from a self care workshop, beautiful prompt to think of yourself decades from now looking back at you as you are now. What advice would that wise old woman give to the current you?

I surprised myself with the stream-of-conscious response:

Savor this delicious body, 

savor your health and movement,

savor that small babe, savor the pain free days

and Tim being alive & present.
